My two-day stay here was quite pleasant. The service was friendly, the room was clean, and the water was flowing. However, on the second day of my stay, no housekeeping staff cleaned the room, and the towels, mineral water, and toiletries were supposed to be replaced on the second day. So, I had to clean it myself, and the trash piled up outside. Please improve the service. Thank you, Oasis Style.

My stay in room 209 was very uncomfortable. 1. The room was damp, with water leaking from the vinyl floor. I'm sure this wasn't the first complaint, but it wasn't addressed (picture 2). 2. The bedcover was damp, although it was eventually replaced, but this reflects the low housekeeping standards. 3. The credenza next to the bed was very dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time (picture 1). 4. The electricity went out when I was about to go to sleep. I don't know what the problem was. But I heard the loud beeping of the prepaid electricity meter. It took about 15-20 minutes for the electricity to come back on. Had my token run out? If so, why hadn't I checked? But hopefully, it wasn't. 5. The door handle was difficult to open. The next room (208) also had the same complaint. Requests for a room change were not possible because all rooms were full. We were forced to stay longer, as most hotels were already full during the school holidays. To the hotel management, please pay attention to basic things for hotels like this and fix them immediately so that guests can feel comfortable when staying at your hotel.

If I may suggest, it would be nice if there was a Qibla arrow on the ceiling of the room to make it easier to pray. Other than that, everything was fine. At night, there are lots of food vendors, so finding dinner wasn't difficult. The beach is also close, as it's centrally located. Thank you. Next time, God willing, I'll stay there again.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Get a family room, perfect for a family of five with two queen-size beds. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. If I may suggest, the towels should be white, as is standard in other hotels.
