Large room with fridge and kettle. Plenty of tea and coffee. Great area close to the centre of town. They do provide bowls and cutlery, but no cleaning equipment so it was difficult to wash them after usage. Good shower and plenty of towels. All in all it was a great stay and value for money.

Front desk agent was wonderful. Extremely helpful.

The only thing this accommodation has going for it is the location The facilities are poor for the price and the service is really bad When we arrived we were told there would be nobody available to check us in so followed the instructions to collect keys etc when we got upstairs (there is no lift) there was a lady at the desk who did not even look at us or greet us. This is the only place in the world where we were not greeted by staff, unbelievable for all the wrong reasons And despite advertising luggage storage it is at the hosts strict availability The rooms have very flimsy doors which the rowdy guests next door managed to break, soundproofing is none existent and our bathroom whilst new was so badly designed the water went everywhere and the smell from the drain was disgusting Regret booking this place

Good centrally located hotel. I have two quibbles which both relate to luggage. The first issue is that the hotel is located two floors up and doesn't have a lift. The second is that because of its minimal staff cover, I was unable to leave a bag their so I had to bring it around for a few hours.

The host was great at checking us in, and the apartment was comfortable and nice. No parking available so I would take public transport to get there but great location right downtown. Our only issue is that the room smelt like smoke and we were not told ahead of time. Everything else was great :)

Nice clean room. Spacious and only a few minutes walk to river and restaurants. 10 minutes to train station.

Great value in a great location. Only stayed one night, but check in was easy.The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

Our stay at Viva rooms was good. The location between the train station and the tourist areas was great. The host was excellent at responding to messages and met us at the hotel. She was really nice and even recommended a book store for us to find a special book. The room was in ok condition, but the shower needed some work (some mold growing on the floor tiles around the drain). The bed was large, but a bit too hard for my taste. Overall it was a decent stay especially for the amazingly low price.

The stairs are horrible, the smell coming from the bathroom shower is worst. No internet no tv. Lucky to have an opening window. Note staff not always there so no early arrival without letting them know

Decent spot. No frills, but all the necessities. No TV. Laundry, but for a fee, not self-laundering. Great location.

READ THE PROCEDURES CAREFULLY! You cannot check in after 23:00, and checking in after 20:00 has a 30 EUR fee each hour. Otherwise, the stay was great. Clean room, quiet enough. Would have been nice if there had been tissues/kleenex provided. Hotel is right over top of a delicious shop selling Indian food and Pad Thai.

The long flight of stairs to the reception area and the room were a negative. When I left for the airport I had to navigate the stairs in darkness. The worse part was that there was no staff...no one after 7 or 8 oclock. I had to catch a cab at 3AM. If I had had trouble with the lock I would not have been able to exit the property and there would have been no one to help...it was a worry. I will not stay there again.

Difícil de estacionar, chegamos na chuva, não achamos estacionamento próximo. Perdemos quase duas horas na chuva procurando lugar para estacionar. Paramos muito longe e tivemos que ir a pé.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy buen trato del personal.

El lugar está bien ubicado , y cuarto tiene buen támaño, la regadera no tiene puerta y se empapa todo el baño , no hay nadie en recepción que atienda y tardan mucho en contestar
