As Lubiana is a walkable city, the rooms are in a very good place, close ro everything the lady in the reception was really polite and helpful as she really helped us with suggestions etc. The room was comfortable, clean and had a really good temperature. Overall it is totally recommended.

The rooms are up 2 flights of stairs, so carrying luggage up is a feat - the rooms are very basic, no air conditioning - so it got a bit warm. The bathroom is tiny and the shower stall leaked so the bath mats got soggy. The location is perfect and the team was very nice, helpful and responsive to our requests.

Stayed one week (Sunday until Friday). The location is perfect, in the center of Ljubljana. I had room 5. Nice bed and desk. Small fridge and water cooker present. Bathroom is a bit small, with shower and toilet very close, but fine. A bit of a smell (also in the other rooms), opening windows and closing the bathroom door is advisable. No tv. The hotel doesn't have breakfast, but there are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries that open at 7 am. Reception was good, and respons to questions via email was fast. Wifi in the room was good, except for a few hours one morning. Yes, you have to walk two stairs to reach the floor of the hotel.

We loved the location being in the centre. But also quiet. Owe had everything we needed.
