We arrived late and the evening staff were unbelievably helpful and a special shout out to Zara, a very pleasant lady on the front desk.

Clean and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable. Gym and pool are awesome. Would absolutely stay again

The stay in the hotel was decent, but I would say the staff were not particularly helpful. I asked numerous times about the parking situation at the hotel to be met with disinterest.

Room wasn’t cleaned despite putting the sign onto the door the evening before. When going to reception the first morning, the lady on reception was rude and abrupt, with others standing nearby.

This hotel is fine as long as you are not put on the second floor which is right above the 24 hour gym they have in the hotel. You will hear everything loud music to running machines etc, the staff seem to know it is an issue but it seems the hotel do not want to fix it. The first night I got very little sleep and they could not move on the second night I got moved to another floor and it was fine

Excellent from start to finish. From Zara's warm and friendly welcome to the peaceful environment, I enjoyed the positive vibe, peaceful sleep and great facilities. Would highly recommend and will be back in future

I really liked my room: clean, modern and functional. The QRCode based room service was a big 1/5 stars for me. Menu item availability wasnt current and it took 40 minutes to sort this out with a chat bot firstly, no promised human (waited 20 minutes) a guy on the phone who wasn’t on the site and who suggested I go downstairs with my query (! Room service man!) a chat with reception, another chat with reception…..I did eventually get my dinner delivered to my room. It was nice.

Great hotel with lots of amenities, well stocked bar, and great breakfast buffet. The only downside was the room was quite compact, and we stayed 2 nights and didn’t get fresh towels etc during our stay.

Rooms were lovely. Apart from the glass door separating it from bedroom. It only had privacy glass and could still see person sitting on the toilet. Apart from that everything was fine

Easy check in and the hotel was very clean, modern, with pretty much you could ask for under one roof.

Always had good stay with village before but this time there was problem at check in as I booked through Expedia. Paid through Expedia, and only had to pay for late check out at hotel but they tried to take full stay and the extra payment. They kept saying there was issue as there was insufficient fund in my card but I had already paid for stay. They blamed Expedia for this. Already a bad start to the stay. The rooms itself are good then when it came to the next day, even though we paid for late checkout cleaning staff opened the door while we were sleeping at 11. No knock prior. Overall bad experience this time.

We stayed only for a night but it was very comfortable and looks amazing!!

Hotel is reasonable, staff are good and rooms are a standard size, beds are very comfy, not the best area but ideal if you want to get the train (10 min walk)

Only stayed in room, was nice

The privacy setting for the shower screen didn't work, but at least the window opened to help cool the room down. Comfy enough bed and friendly staff.

I have no issues with this Hotel it was very clean and presentable. It is also incredibly quiet at night. I would highly recommend.

Cant complain about anything. 5 star
