This is a family-focused property with great access to the beach and water. The pool at the facility is not heated. Breakfast was served cafeteria-style with a variety of options for everyone.

This is a great hotel , lovely location , clean , lovely breakfast ( evening buffet not so good though ) almost 10/10 However ….. no sleep !!! Entrance door to room has zero sound proofing which means you hear every single footstep , voice, trollly, baby cry etc from the corridor and light comes In around door frame all night . Bathroom has a full size window directly facing the bed which means if you need the loo in the night you light up the whole bedroom ( also a prob if you like bathroom privacy) . Personal preference but we found the bed really hard and long skinny pillows uncomfortable . It’s a shame cos we came for a rest .

Room very clean, pool area not so clean with sunbed stained, one shower not working and drains blocked. No coffee or tee maker in the room, no tissues. Very nice room with great view however air conditioning leaking and/or not working properly ! During our stay aircon leaked 3 times from the ceiling. On the second time whatever they did made the aircon inefficient and room was hot. Reception staff seemed annoyed when we insisted for someone to come and repair the leaks so we can use our room. I understand many rooms had the same issue. Breakfast was nice, buffet dinner average. Pool is very cold. Location is great just on a beautiful beach. Bar and food served at lunch were nice. Overall was ok but expected better for the price

No hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cerca, por lo que hay que trasladarse para comer. Igual el restaurante del hotel es bueno. Súper recomendado para familias con niños.

Lovely hotel right on Alcudia beach. Quiet and good size rooms. 150m to bus stop and restaurants close by. Super breakfast with lots of choice. We would visit again if in Alcudia.

Really loved staying at Sofia - we had a slightly rocky start as we were given the wrong room key and accidentally unlocked an occupied room at midnight (the couple inside weren't best pleased, and neither were we!) however we were then given tbe correct room and the stay exceeded all expectations. Lovely stay, great food and incredible location. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Sofia. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Helped us change rooms and then were always very informative when we had questions. The place is clean and spacious for a double room. We had the half board and breakfast and dinner were your standard buffets but definitely options for everyone. We didn’t eat there every night as there are a lot of good restaurants outside of the hotel. Awesome being right on the beach

Buffet breakfast was very good, but food ordered in the bar area was very poor. Otherwise all else was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sofia Alcudia Beach Hotel. It was so clean and modern. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The main reason we booked this hotel was because it was right by the beach, and we loved every bit of it. We were able to watch beautiful sunset and sunrise, which we wouldn't have done if the beach wasn't right by our hotel. The breakfast consisted of wide variety of foods and drinks which were delicious too. The AC in our room wasn't working so we asked about it with the hotel staff and we were told that they don't turn the AC on until June/July so the room was quite warm, but I would still give 5 stars to our stay in this hotel considering everything else. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Alcudia.

Staff is great. The bar manager - Martin was super friendly and helpful. Same for Rafael at the front desk.

Booked ocean view and got ground floor with view of hedge and fence. Really disappointing. The rest of our stay was very enjoyable.

Clean and comfortable room on the beach. Complete breakfast available. Walking distance to countless bars and restaurants. Easy on street parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had an incredible stay at Sofia Alcudia Beach. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, had a beautiful view, and most importantly, were spotless and clean. The beach was just across the walkway at the back of the property and it was a short 15-20 walk to nearby restaurants. The breakfast had consistent offerings each day but lots to choose from. Definitely will be returning!

I had to move hotels. There was a sewage smell coming out of the AC. It was a known problem based on the amount of smelly cartridges placed in the vent. I informed the staff. They just sprayed air freshener in the room. The next next day I left.

We had such a great stay! The hotel is nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable (which is hard to come by at most hotels), the pool was beautiful, easy parking was right in front, the food was delicious, and the best part - it's right on the beach! Highly recommend!

We have just had a fantastic break at this hotel. Its location is fantastic and so convenient for the beach and port. We also liked that it was family friendly with the pool being shaded in the mornings, which was an added bonus given the sun and heat. It is not as luxurious as other hotels however its location makes up for that. We would have liked to seen a bit more entertainment around the pool and bar in the early evenings before supper. Maybe, some music and drinks hours.
