You should have some water for customers. The room is small, and I am unhappy with this room.

Very disappointing stay. The mattress was far too small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a proper night's sleep. The bathroom was extremely cramped and smelly. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and comfort.

The best stay among all hotels I've booked through my travel to Malaysia. The only downside I need to highlight here is they have numbers of different management for the property. So for some rented units, we need to check in at the office nearby the building (around 5 mins walk), which is pretty inconvenient. Also worth mentioning is some staff are friendly, but some aren't.

There are minimarkets and food places around the hotel, but they only open at 10 am, so it's difficult to get breakfast.

Only the service is lacking, everything else is okay.

All the facilities are great, and the hotel atmosphere is also nice. It's just that calls and messages are slow to respond. That's all. I like the atmosphere and the accessibility to shopping. If I get hungry or bored in the middle of the night, I can go downstairs to the nearby convenience store and other facilities.

Okay, the price is affordable, the facilities are good, and it's comfortable. I highly recommend it because it's also close to KK and 7-Eleven.

The pillow is like RM10..it's already slippery..the pillowcase is yellow..the towel smells..not worth it..regret spending the holiday here..

The apartment is very clean and worth the price, but the location is far from the city.

Genting is foggy. Driving to Genting Highlands takes 20 mins from aptm. But we rent a car, parking has no issue. It is free for the aptm we rent. Aptm is clean and comfy. We will definitely come back, We will come back.

Comfortable room for a one-night stay. Near to eateries in Gohtong Jaya and Genting Highlands. The only thing to be improved is the parking payment. QR code and T&G are not working at times.

My stay was good and comfortable. Just two small problems, the bathroom would have a persistent smell that won't go away and the checkin and checkout process was not smooth. You have to get your key card from an office in someother building. could be bothering if you don't have a car
