Incredible staff Good breakfast Close to shopping

Clean and staff are very nice.

From the moment we entered the property we felt at home, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. the place was very clean and it smelled very good. the setting was very warm and cozy for a boutique hotel. As we were going there from the airport, the driver mentioned it was the best hotel in that area. The location was perfect and the view from our room was absolutely great, as soon as we open the oversized window we have a view of the most historical spot in Amman, which was the Roman Theater. it was nice to be able to see that from the room. Definitely that will be my hotel to stay at in Amman. Mr. Issa was absolutely a treasure to have at the hotel, he was very helpful, he recommended places to eat and shop and explaining where to go and how to get there, very nice with a very pleasant personality.

Breakfast was delicious, and staff were very helpful and friendly. Their English was excellent.

Nice place to stay in the center of Amman. The room was clean, wifi worked great and everything was walk-in distance. Great value.

The accommodation was excellent – clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast with a friendly chef, and the receptionist Lumi was especially kind and helpful. However, the hotel’s food ordering service was very disappointing. On 9th we ordered shawarma with fries and chicken liver, which was perfect. On 10th we ordered the same items plus chicken rice, but received shawarma without fries, a tiny chicken liver sandwich, and rice. When we asked why, the male staff first blamed it on the rice order, then later claimed it was the same restaurant both days and that we had not ordered clearly – which was not true. The menu clearly states shawarma includes fries, so how can it be with fries one day and not the next? We asked him to reorder, and he said delivery would take 15 minutes, but nothing came for nearly an hour. After 9:30 pm we called to cancel, and only then he suddenly said the food was downstairs. The packaging was also different: fries came in a yellow bag, no fries in a white bag – clearly two different restaurants. While the hotel itself is very good, do not rely on its food ordering service.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, situated right in front of the Roman Theatre—a truly beautiful area, though it could benefit from more consistent cleanliness. That said, the hotel itself was spotless, and the service achieve expectations. The staff were attentive, courteous, and well-mannered, making the stay all the more pleasant.

Walkable place, accessible, and sorrounded by many restaurants and shops. Roman theatre just in front of the hotel and citadel is 15mins walk only. The most i admired in this hotel are those all receiptionists, they were calm and very helpful, they weren’t let me down for all my requests.It was Worth it to stay here for more than a week.

I had a very short stay at Layaali Amman, but this hotel was exactly what I needed. The location is perfect with a view of the Roman amphitheater, and it is within walking distance of the Citadel and the downtown shops and restaurants. The best part, though, was Christine and Issa who were so very helpful arranging tours and transportation before and during my trip. Issa even put together some food for me to take on a tour that started before breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Amman.

This place does everything you want from hotel. Comfortable rooms, good shower and plenty of breakfast buffet. The rooms with the great view of the Roman Theatre and surrounding hollside neighbourhood also have the busy dual carriageway. Its not that bad as the glazing is pretty effevtive and the traffic slowly vanushes as the night progresses. Staff are very helpful. The airport taxi srrvice, extra charge, is efficent and reliable.Good location, downtown to the left and historic stuff to the right. Easy walking but some hills can be a bit of a challenge to start with. Colourful street everywhere.

The rooms here are really modern and extremely clean. I had a room with a view and the view was amazing. You definitely get way more than you pay for in value from this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Amman. You’ll never find a more convenient location in Amman as a tourist. Everything is literally there in 10 minutes of walking, historical sites, shopping, restaurants and more. This is a high quality hotel and a high quality experience. Also the staff have gone above and beyond to try to make the clients happy. They are so accommodating and kind and great problem solvers. The hotel is great because it also offers great tour packages that better prices than getting it through an agency or trip advisor. Mohammad and Ali were stand out and amazing staff. They were extremely accommodating, extremely friendly, mad great suggestions and recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best possible. They helped me make plans for tours and made other special accommodations for me. They were the best.

Breakfast was exceptionally good..would like to have stayed 2 nights but they were booked full. Close to theather and national museum where the original dead sea and copper scroll from quram israel is now located

The staff here are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and you can order omelette. Rooms are very basic but we didn’t pay for 5 star hotel. We had nice view of the amphitheater. It is quite noisy at night as it’s in a busy spot. Overall I think it was a pleasant stay
