This hotel is an excellent spot that overlooks Sarajevo from the hills. Staff were very accommodating and helped me book taxis into the town. The facilities were very clean and I felt very welcomed.

This is the perfect hotel if you are looking for peace, cleanliness and friendliness. It is very close to the city center and has its own parking. With wonderful staff and a rich breakfast, you know you will come back again

Vila Harmony in Sarajevo is an excellent hotel. The location is up on the side of a hill and outside of the main tourist area of the city. You can easily walk in to see the sights or take the tram. There are some excellent dining locations nearby as well.

Clean place, need walk to center about 25-30 mins, would be great if you can leave there iron (what about if someone has business meeting and it is important), also mattress would be better.

Stayed in a tiny room for one night before my flight. No kettle or fridge, I did have enough room on the floor to open my suitcase. The hotel is up a very steep hill with nothing else around it. There is a gas station a few minutes away for drinks and snacks. Thought the taxi ride to the airport would be cheaper as I was half way there from Old Town. It was not.

Very lovely hotel/pension. It's a family-owned business and they are just lovely. Super helpful, great English, problem-solvers. Breakfast is simple but very nice. Bed, shower, etc, comfy and clean. Wifi works well. Really recommend.

The hotel met its expectation as described. It had car parking . The people at the hotel were very helpful in guiding you from hotel to old town. They would always call the cab . Breakfast was excellent .

It was away from the main centre of town but very convenient. Taxi rides into town or the airport arrive within a very few minutes of request at the property. It is spotlessly clean, breakfast buffet is excellent.Tariq and his brother who run Harmony are very pleasing and helpful to deal with.

Very comfortable,a bit out of the center but Sarajevo is not so big so the centre is walkable

The hotel is extremely clean, the owners are so friendly, the breakfast was great, and I had a parking place for my motorcycle! It is also very close to the city center, and you have good wifi, looks just like in the pictures. I will be back, for sure.

It’s hard to recommend a property when items have been stolen out of your locked hotel room

Traik is an amazing Host and was extremely helpfully. From Lending us money for a cab to helping with cases . I can highly recommend this property to stay at. It’s about a 20 min stroll to the river and the city ( a little bit further to the old town ). Taxis are very cheap . Breakfast was great hold and cold selections. Rooms were comfy and appointed well.

During check in we were told they are updating credit card system and can only pay cash!! Not sure why it takes days to update the system but my take is they want to save on the 2% Visa commission which is really inconvenient to guests. When trying to discuss the issue one of the check in staff was rather rude and even started to hit head with his hands...go figure!! On check out morning there was no running water at the hotel. We were told it's a matter of 30 mins but when we checked out the issue was still unresolved. Overall, our experience was just okay but probably next time we will stay closer to the city center.
