Excellent service from start to finish. Well appointed room, stylish design and spotlessly clean! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and the Nespresso machine was great in the morning. Would highly recommend this hotel. There is a nice sized gym and a large comfortable lounge to relax in.

The wifi here was TERRIBLE I could barely work on my laptop it kept cutting out. The shower didn’t drain properly and would fill up while showering and leak into the room. The AC kept turning off after an hour. The bed squeaked very loud anytime I moved and was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat as ever. Had a bad sleep. I wouldn’t ever book here again.

Staff were very friendly, very comfy beds and pillows - rooms were incredibly basic though and not fully clean. It was ok for one night, but wouldn’t stay there again.

This hotel was very conveniently located and the rooms were a god size and well kept. The staff was friendly but not super efficient. However, I found the beds not super comfortable. Also I made a reservation with breakfast included and upon arrival was told that in fact it was included but was charged breakfast, for some reason, the last two days of my stay. The hotel employee insisted that it was not included in my reservation. I think all in all it was an expensive hotel for what it offered.

Great hardware (large room, facilities) and location (5mins walk to opera house) but completely let down by the services. I stayed for 4nights and did not get a single refill of coffee and complimentary bottle of water. Since there is no phone in the room, each night i had to go to reception and queue up to request water and coffee capsule.

Nice, well maintained hotel with good location and parking - just make sure you pre-book the parking, otherwise its a 10 minute walk to the nearest garage. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant and bar, there is an adjoining restaurant you can make a purchase in and take to the hotel lounge. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were TERRIBLE, either one tiny pillow or a huge overstuffed square pillow. I can't stand this trend for square pillows. Looked nice on the bed but made for an awful nights sleep, either virtually no pillow or neck at 45 degrees. Aircon was odd. I followed the instructions in the room and it just kept pumping out heat, even when set to the lowest setting - range was +/- 3, not temperature. Even when turned off it kept coming on with heat. Had to sleep with the window open which was freezing. If I had to I would stay here again but given a choice I will try an alternative.

Comfort and cleanliness, the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I stepped in.

The "loft" style of the room was awesome!! In a quiet neighborhood but within five minute walk to the main shopping area Ziel. It's not crazy like the area near the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) but civilized and the restaurant attached to the hotel is resonable with great tasting food and great service.
