Nothing between the description and the comments about his hotel on your site and between the reality. This hotel is an old one, with poor mantenance' situaated near a slum. I booked for 5 nights, was charged before my arrival there, and I left after 2 nights witout being refunded. I feel cheated and It was my first and my last time ill book by your site.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice little gym and swimming pool.

The work staff are the best thing about the hotel Welcoming and friendly and happy to help. I didn’t like the bathroom. The door couldn’t open Completely and I had to turn sideways to enter And exit. I also constantly tripped over the Doorstop placed in the middle of the floor. Lastly The lighting is dim and neither of the lamps worked

When checked in found out No AC available, only a Fan! The room i was given, safe was not working, refridgerator not working, they try fix. but in the end after waste an hour or so, they upgraded me to a different room, still safe here also not working, but was fixed after another half hour. Hotel looked worn, staff tried their best, but with such start is not easy to change the impression. would not stay there agian.

The staff are very helpful and amazing. The rooms were clean and stocked with all the necessary needs.

The Hotel is a basic hotel no frill but is clean orderly and to be recommended

Arrived late did check inn and was able to upgrade at no additional cost. Very friendly and useful staff very nice included breakfast and front desk helful to organized transport via uber frm their location.

It's affordable and great staff.... I would recommend it any day.

Stayed with Mash park for 8 nights. I liked the Business suit i was in because it was spacious. Big comfortable beds though i felt there is need for Matress topers on the bed since i could feel the separation gap between the mattresses. Thanks to the executive housekeeper who improvised and exchanged the mattresses. I enjoyed the meals and most of all thank you Joseph for always offering alternatives and ensuring my stay was pleasant. I felt the room delivery charges were abit extreme especially for a long staying guest. Thank you for the early arrival and late checkout.

I nice hotel, good value, great breakfast and good location

This was our first time staying at the Mash Park Hotel! It was lovely. The staff was very professional and friendly. They took excellent care of us. The location is perfect if you want to walk to Junction. The pool was lovely. The only thing to remember is that the sun goes behind the building in the afternoon, so the pool is in the shade. We loved it. No sun screen needed!

It seems the computer system they use doesnt work well or staff doesnt know how to use it. I had issues with missing records of payments. Expedia sucked that I will never use it again

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I made a reservation and payed before hand when I arrived they claimed that I did not pay and had to pay them AGAIN! They took my credit card and I had to call Travelocity (who did confirm indeed that the hotel was already paid for) which in turn had to call the hotel and get them to admit that we already paid. I requested an air port pick-up which did not arrive, and there was no hot water in the hotel.

I need to be honest that when I saw the pictures presented of the hotel on Hotels.com, I thought it would be a great stay. The reality is unfortunately way different and the rooms, food and general look and feel of the hotel is very average to low. I personally will not stay there again...

Kamers netjes en personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpunt : bvereidingstijden restaurant zeer lang (45 minuten voor een bord spaghetti).

Very friendly and nice personell. I can reccomend the little spa aswell!

Trevligt boende med bra service. Prisvärt hotel med bra frukost. Bra läge för oss med närhet till Killimani men också Kibera.

Het was prima, netjes, schoon, goed beveiligd. Het comfort was basic, beetje gedateerd. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijke staf.
