Great location, clean property with friendly staff and great breakfast.

What a beautiful hotel! I felt like i was in Italy, yet right outside was Ecuadorian chocolate and coffee. And everything else. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. It is on a VERY busy street, so i would not want to be driving there, and ther room I was in was next to the reception area, so it was noisy. Ask for a room farther away if noise bothers you.

This was a cozy and beautiful place to stay. Like a home away from home. Great place and very central in the hearth of the Cuenca City. We love this hotel.

I enjoyed this property because the free breakfast was served kindly and thoughtfully. I also booked tours like the Cajas and a Bus ride to Turi through them. As an English speaker, the receptionists were attentive to my questions and answered them well.

Absolutely wonderful stay in a classy upscale retro hotel. Walking to almost everything. This was a great choice for us.

There is absolutely nothing negative about this place! It’s so beautiful and very well maintained. There is only 2 floors no elevator because it’s very antique everything from the floors the walls are so beautiful the room we had was on the 2nd floor it was so beautiful and the bathroom are updated. The service is amazing! The breakfast is very fresh no buffet they prepare it for you. I absolutely love this place and will definitely go back many more times to stay!! Thank you all so much!!
