The room is worth it, at a cheap price you can get a spacious room. CS by whatsapp is also friendly and fast response. The only minus is that the AC doesn't work properly, it's hot. Easy mall access.

The service is not friendly, the mattress is broken, the spring has collapsed. Drinking water is not provided like in Airy.

The lights are off, the TV does not turn on, the sheets from the previous guest smelled like hair, we did not stay overnight.

Disappointing from facilities etc., not according to price 👎👎👎

The facilities provided do not match those in the photo. Rooms are not clean and not neat, very disappointed 😠

There is no soap shampoo in the room, there is no mineral water tissue in the room, miss, the customer service is not friendly.

When I want to check in, the receptionist is not cooperative. Bad service. Dipeper oper here and there even though it's clearly. I stayed at the hotel again at the hotel in North Lobby.

The AC was not cold, the TV could not be equipped with no toiletries, I also asked for towels until 2 times were not delivered until I took it myself in my lobby.

The room was dirty, the sheets were not replaced from the previous usage, there were no soap facilities etc., wifi was also not there, it was crap in the next room, when the next room checked out, so there was no disappointing wifi.

I have to change the room 3 times first time no PLN reload/ token second one ac not cold and the third one room was bery dirty Bed sheets didn't changed, bathroom very dirty its like they just tight the bed without clean everything and I have to cover the pillow with my shirt to sleep the room very disaster I am not staying anymore in every OYO hotel

I like the place is clean tidy, only here for very very lacking facilities such as no blanket, no towels, toothbrushes, and doormats for in front of the bathroom.

Very not recommended! the room had no towels, there was no front bath mat, the bed linen had lots of white patches, there was no wifi, there was no WiFi, and it didn't match the ad photo of the room, the bathroom was dirty, there was no hot water. There is no refrigerator, anyway very, very disappointing, the remote AC has no batteries.

Not clean, the bed is stiff

The Bedding was dirty and many spots!! The electricity cut off due to electricity quota limited. The front desk didn't find some way to resolve asap but lots of excuses. No towels, toothbrush & soap/shampoo upon enter and let us go down to the front desk again and even argue because they've said already given but actually not.. poor service and cleanliness!!

Very dissatisfied, the TV is not on and the wifi is not there, please cover the pillowcase, the pillow and the blanket changed, because yesterday I stayed 2 nights. I can't even turn on the response, please improve the facilities, thank you.
