Indeed, I just ordered it at night, I arrived in the morning at 5:30 (but still within the booking period), because the plan was to check out at 11 am. So the room I ordered turned out to be unavailable. Because I needed to sleep, I ended up just settling for whatever was available. So far, I haven't asked for much. But the middle of the mattress has been put in 🥲 maybe it can be checked.

House of Livina cheated, I had already booked and paid but when I got to the venue my room was sold to someone else and I was paid the same price. This is really bad.

Note. This hotel has bathrooms outside, guys. Public bathroom. If it's just for transit, it's ok. But if you're making it for a long time and like comfort, look for a hotel with an inside bathroom. The others are pretty good.

The bathroom is dirty, the mattress is also dirty, the room has lots of mosquitoes, the TV doesn't have any channels that can be seen.

The staff is chaotic, rude, unreliable, the rooms are also not clean, the towels are dirty, the AC isn't cold, there are lots of minuses, if you can, don't stay here, just go somewhere else.

Location is ok, rooms are dirty and smell of cigarette smoke.

Doesn't match the photo of the small bed, lots of bathroom mice outside.

Saya check in tanggal 1 Oktober 2023, dapet kamar jorok kotor, sangat nggak nyaman, gimana dong solusinya ini. Sudah di laporkan, tidak di gubris.

Staf ramah mau mendengarkan keluhan mungkin harus ada komunikasi yang baik antara OYO dan agen online terkait pelayanan pemesanan kamar, karena saya order kamar dari hari Sabtu harusnya kamar yang dipesan sesuai, untuk kamar mandi sudah bagus di dalam. Mungkin udara kamarnya agak kurang wangi AC nya mantap dinginnya pas dan sprei harusnya baru dan ada lambang OYO nya. Saya liat ada di foto saat order ada meja kerja nya dekat sebelah TV ini tidak ada sehingga saya tidak bisa mengerjakan tugas kantor.

The staff is friendly, but the hotel facilities are not as expected, the bathroom is outside (shared use) but it is not explained in detail in the advertisement section.

There's no shower so it's not worth it.

Hot, stuffy, the bathroom is outside, the air conditioner isn't cold. Not really recommended. Check in at 6 check out at 7 am not really comfortable. Hot.

A very clean and cool place and close to culinary.

Suitable for those who want to stay cheap and for a while. On the sidewalks all night long street vendors.

The receptionist is not pleasant. Very dirty. Anyway, I don't recommend it at all.
