There was one of the hotel staff who was not very friendly

Itchy mattress, cramped space. There are many ants beside the bed. The ceiling is dirty.

I almost wanted to be asked for an additional fee, for whatever reason the receptionist made it, but because I had already paid TF and didn't want to add more, in the end I was still given a room that was suitable for me to buy using the application. And it is not really recommended for those who bring private cars because there is no parking, so they are told to park the car in the local government parking lot which costs 60 thousand for the night.

In the room below, the drain was blocked, room number 02.

Close to Malioboro, just walk. However, the room is narrow for families.

The hotel staff is very friendly but unfortunately children have to be given an extra bed so the costs increase.

Friendly staff, payment for extra bed is directly transferred to BCA. The AC is cold, bring 2 children aged 4 and 8 can be in 1 room, just pay 75 thousand for extra bed. The bathroom is quite clean, the toilet flush is ok, the sink leaks but is still ok clean. The shower has hot water, but once it's on once, for some reason the next shower doesn't get hot. It's better to bring your own towel. Get 1 bottle of shampoo and soap, no toothbrush or toothpaste. Close to the road from Ramai but if from Tugu Station it's quite far if you bring small children.

Kamar bersih, TV oke wifi oke kamar mandi bersih lokasi sangat strategis dekat dengan Malioboro tapi sayang kita tidak bisa check in untuk 2 hari karena di hari kedua harga dua kali lipat oiya parkiran mobil tidak tersedia.

Aturan nya terlalu banyak, padahal di hotel lain masih boleh 1 kamar bertiga, di sini ga boleh sama sekali. Dipaksa harus nambah extra bed yang harga nya mahal 75.000 tiap bed, padahal kamar nya sudah sempit. Ga sesuai dengan difoto. Ga masuk akal sama sekali. Dikasi kamar Lantai 3, tangga nya tinggi banget. Jangan mau deh sama hotel ini, masih banyak hotel yang lebih murah didekat malioboro. Cari aja hotel lain!

Highly recommended. Clean rooms. Friendly service. To Malioboro, it's close, just walk. Top, solid is the best, basically.

There is no drink, toothbrush and bath soap, just a mattress, pillow, blanket, TV and AC.

I really enjoyed my 2 night staycation here, the facilities were complete and clean.
