Please help coordinate the car parking issue. When we want to go home, the parking attendant said our car hasn't been registered yet, even though when we checked in, the front office said it had been registered. Later, when we arrive, we'll just inform you the room number and then we'll make it free, but it's a bad mood.

I always stay here when I visit Gresik. The hotel staff is very friendly, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless. The lobby is clean and spacious, and the breakfast menu is varied.

Aston is the best. Check-in and check-out are very fast, no need to wait long for a room to be available. The staff is very friendly. Plus, it's connected to a mall, so it's easy to find anything. Aston deserves a 5-star rating.

The room was clean, comfortable, and fragrant from the moment we entered. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to everything. The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the local menu. The facilities are complete, the swimming pool is well-maintained, and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. 1. Parking is a bit complicated, having to go upstairs to LT 7, especially on Saturdays or weekends when people are at the mall together, so it's congested. 2. The food menu has a wide variety... delicious. But unfortunately, for a 5-year-old child, my two children are still small, they were charged Rp 82,500, which I think is a bit expensive... while how much is a child, if only a little. 3. Clean place 4. The security guard at check-in was not very responsive, meaning they might be helpful to other people. 5. The swimming pool is great for kids.

Nice hotel, but parking is at P7, you have to do the parking lot tawaf first.
