Disappointed. I've stayed here many times, booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one. The OTA often gives the excuse that there was no request, even though they've informed me about late check-in.

The room is not soundproof but it is quite good, because people doing activities in the next room can still hear the sound.

The hotel reception staff were unfriendly and did not live up to the previously agreed room upgrade and breakfast. We booked dozens of rooms, but were treated differently than at other hotels we've stayed at. This poor treatment reflects poorly on this hotel. We urge the management to reprimand and sanction this staff member for the hotel's future success.

This is my go-to hotel for every family visit to Gresik. It's strategically located near the mall and has plenty of food vendors nearby. The rooms are well-equipped with beautiful views.
