Good Hotel only 4 stops on JR line from Kansai. Japanese style breakfast simple but lots of choices . Beds i found a little hard but ok for overnight stay.

Very convenient to KIX airport, 50 meter to Travon station

The hotel is very close to the station, but on the 9th floor, I was not bothered by the noise. Breakfast is excellent! The women's bath is a real bonus!!! You have to try it, at least once... then you'll be hooked...

Be reminded this property is right beside a train station and can be quite noisy and irritating for those that are light sleepers. Secondly, we had an issue with the room and the extra charges that were imposed. Maybe it’s a cultural thing, but I find their logic to be not in line with what I would call customer service.

Steps away from the train station. Clean and comfortable.

Next to train station, so if you get a room facing the station it will be noisy from early morning till late night. Flip side is that you are next to the station, so its a quick ride into Osaka or KIX.

Had a cancelled international flight due to the crowdstrike issue. All the hotels close to KIX were booked and this was the next closest. Takes over 30 mins by train from the airport but the hotel is right next to the train station. Several food options in and around the station. Hotel itself was a lot more spacious than your usual business hotel. Was on the 2nd floor and I could kinda hear people's conversations outside. Something to be mindful about if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay and had no issues.

It was pretty good stay and very good breakfast. Also big bath property was so nice.

4 staions away from Kansai airport and right at the station door. Great value, rooms are small but space is utilised well. Bed is hard at first , Downstairs restaurant open till 10pm very well priced meals. Breakfast was also good..
