A good hotel, the rooms are actually fine, but sometimes they smell a bit, so the housekeeping staff sprays air freshener. But it's hard to tell what the smell is like at night. It seems to be the air conditioning, as the unpleasant odor permeates the hallways. Other than the smell, there's nothing wrong. Perhaps the air conditioning on the 7th floor needs to be checked.

I wanted to cut the cake, borrow a cake knife from the hotel, but it wasn't allowed, okay I understand the fear of being used for bad things, so I asked the hotel staff to bring the cake knife to the room, then cut the cake, then the knife was brought back by the hotel staff, but it was still not allowed, so I had to bring the cake downstairs to cut it, then I brought it back to the room 😄 This is the first time I've experienced something like that, because usually at least the hotel staff comes to the room to cut the cake and then the knife is brought back

The hotel was comfortable, but the check-in time was supposed to be 2:00, and the room was ready at 3:00, and another room wasn't ready until after 4:00. I was disappointed that there was no compensation for late check-ins of 1 and 2 hours.

Unfortunately, there is a lack of provision of toothbrushes, lotion and hotel slippers.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
