I never get bored when I visit Batukaras and always stay at El Hayat Hotel. It feels like coming home. Comfortable, cozy. The staff and service are great, simply the best. Thank you for always providing the best service.

Alhamdulillah, my first stay here was a pleasant experience.

Close to the beach, strategic hotel roadside access...next to it is the viral tropical warung.

The staff not friendly at all, hospitality zero. The roow not really clean as the review.

Clean and tidy, there is a swimming pool too.

The toilet smells really bad, and if possible the sheets are white so it looks clean or not. There are so many ants in the room huhu the blanket is really just a piece of cloth lol

Location close to the beach, friendly service, clean rooms just not wide enough to bring a partner. Can be an alternative if on vacation

The service is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, basically the facilities are complete

The blanket is only a thin cotton cloth, no tissue, shampoo, water heater, the bathroom has no exhaust fan in it so the room smells of toilet, the most annoying thing is the karaoke from Isha until 11 pm noisy making it impossible to sleep even though riding from out of town wants to rest peacefully. Breakfast is ordinary fried rice, plus it is close to the beach and there are prayer equipment. Hopefully it will be fixed.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the AC is cold, the room & bathroom are clean, drinking water is provided outside so it really helps, no need to buy water and just fill the tumbler, the breakfast is delicious. To Batu Karas beach, just walk. God willing, someday when I go to Pangandaran, I will stay here again. Thank you Elhayya Hotel.

Cozy, quiet, clean place, friendly employees, delicious fried rice breakfast, plus a clean swimming pool.

Pelayanannya sangat baik, pegawai sangat ramah dan bisa memberikan rekomendasi destinasi di sekitar tempat penginapan. Fasilitas sesuai dengan deskripsi. Ada smart tv dengan tv satelit. Kecepatan wifi baik, hanya untuk saran perlu ditambah 1 repeater supaya sinyal di dekat kamar depan lebih kuat. Kamar mandi bersih, sarapan rasanya enak. Dengan harga yang di dapat sangat worth it. Next trip kalau ke batu karas akan kembali ke sini dan merekomendasikan ke keluarga serta teman.
