*IMPORTANT*don't be fooled, friends. It's not a hotel. The price is 315 thousand, the room is small, the bathroom is outside, there is no parking, far from Malioboro. After knowing the condition of the room, I didn't stay there, and the money was not returned. But it's okay, I consider it as charity, hopefully the owner will immediately fix the lodging information. It's true that the house is rented per room, with an expensive price. If you don't want to be disappointed, don't ever stay here.

Kamar nyaman, dekat dengan jalan Malioboro, ada wifi, lantai 2 dan 3 kamar mandi di luar (ada 3). Lantai 1 kamar mandi di dalam.
