Overall a very nice place

There is mold in the shower - both in the corner of the tile as well as in the shower handle/plastic part as well. Only one of the beds was comfortable - everyone else couldn’t sleep very well. Location is convenient though and the owner was responsive when we had questions about checkin.

Nice Studio with full kitchen. Parking spot is a little bit far from the main entrance. Also It would be better if the laundry machine had dry system as well. Supermarket and Mc donalds in a walk distance.

Great apartment, had everything we needed! :)

We had a great time a hiisi homes kaivoksela again. Last year we stayed here as well. The only downside this year was that it seemed a bit unsafe for our students at some point, due to the skechy figures coming and going and selling god knows what to some of the other guests staying at the apartments.

Perfekt för vår Helsingfors-semester. Där fanns allt vi behövde och närhet till bussar och matbutiker.

not so good not so bad

Small but cosy house for 2 people.

Goede en fijne appartementen. Hier en daar wel.wat aandaacht nodig qua schoonmaak. Maar verder van alle gemakken voorzien en redelijk schoon. Sommige meubels waren wel aan vervanging toe.

Huone oli kerrostalon sisäänkäynnin vieressä, siitä johtuen vähän rauhaton. Lisäksi naapureiden äänet kuuluivat myöhään yöhön.

Kiva, tilava ja viihtyisä majoitus paikka. Rauhallinen alue ja hyvä sijainti. Asunnossa hyvä ja kattava varustelu. Sujuva sisäänkirjautuminen. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti.

Erittäin siisti ja hyvä asunto

Sopiva kahdellekin matkustajalle. Parkkipaikka hyvä, vaikka sen varmistus jäikin vähän epäselväksi. TV:n käyttöopas puuttui

Hiisi Homes on minun valinta kakkoskodiksi pääkaupunkiseudulla. Kaivokselan asunnot olivat uusi tuttavuus ja sijainti oli oikein hyvä autoilijalle. Pysäköinti onnistui kätevästi pihapiirissä ja kävelymatkan päässä mäkkäri ja ruokakauppa. Kaikki mitä työmatkalainen tarvitsee.
