The place is nice close to public services

Staff very nice, helpful, and very friendly. I will come again to this hotel, very good to stay.

I stayed for 2 nights for a transit, and I had bad experience with one of the waiter in the restaurant when I had my breakfast, from his look he look from Egypt, I need to be specific since other restaurant staffs are kind and helpful but this one Egyptian waiter were super rude. It's clear he has no hospitality in his nature, even he is trying to confront me while I was just asking simply why he ignored my stakes of dirty plates while he even took 1 plate from other table. It's so discriminating and unjust, and he was aggressive towards me as a guest, how can someone with that attitude works in a hospitality industry?

I found 2 cockroaches inside the room, near fridge and drawer next to the bed. I asked 2 times for an iron and no one comes. I was telling them I need it because I want to check out early morning.

After long flight from Jakarta to Dubai. I only have short time because I have another flight at 10pm (local time). But the check-in process was terrible. I don't mind for early check-in fee but the problem is even I have hotel voucher. The Hotel staff didn't acknowledge it. They were said didn't have my booked in their system. Almost 2 hours waiting process. Finally traveloka solved my problem. Then not even reach 5 hours stay in the hotel because of this. Thanks.

Ibis Styles Good value for Money. Room is quiet spacey. No amenities for toilet except shower gel and towel. No tissue on the desk. Very near to GGICO metro station, only 5 minutes walk.

Excellent stay. Was in transit late at night and was so very satisfied with how fast the reception got us checked in. Even more satisfied with how fast the shuttle service was. Before my flight I had emailed the hotel and they too were very quick to respond with the shuttle Info times and locations. I was able to find my shuttle easily, meanwhile my friends at other hotels had a very hard time. I was very lucky to have booked ibis. Overall great stay will definitely consider this place again in the future.
