Room was clean and very comfertable, the breakfast was lovely with a varied chpice also staff were fruendly and oroffessional the beat b and b in scarboro in my opinion

The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. It was a lovely stay, staff were friendly and the location was perfect.

A lovely well kept hotel in a great location near the sea front. Received a warm welcome and hospitality feom all staff. The room was warm, clean and spacious. The cafe connected to the hotel provided us with a wonderful breakfast. Would not hesitate to go back.

Lovely big room. Very pleasant staff. Plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge in the room. Nothing more needed.

Lovely room.. had a polite call asking what time im checking in.. room slightly cold at first but warmed up once heating kicked in. Would definitely stay again..

The staff were lovely and welcoming . The room was comfortable clean and well laid out.There were plenty of toiletries and the tea and coffee supplies were generous,which we appreciated on a cold and wet December day. The cafe was warm and inviting, staff were friendly. The breakfast roll was hearty ,delicious and well presented We had a really lovely stay and would recommend

Great spacious room

Checking in by phone and key left in a lockbox. Key handed to a staff member in the morning. Phone call was helpful and room was fine, we did not have breakfast there.

The room was clean and plenty of towels, tea coffee biscuits etc. My only concern was the VERY low ceiling height at one side due to the eves of the building! Very dangerous, bumped my head , but would be a lot worse for someone elderly or frail? In addition we were woken at around 6.30 with beer bottle collection, then 7.30 when they decided to rip the road up!

Quirky b&b with a wonderful little cafe downstairs. Service not the fastest but food very good. Only quibble was the very low beams in the top floor bedroom and the window didn’t open very well.

We really liked the size of the room and bathroom. The towels were great. All staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great too we like the 15 minute scenic walk into town

Nice place, would stay again. Breakfast is awesome. Most of the staff are friendly, bathroom was clean, staircases are clean, modern furnishings. Owner was lovely. Only downside was that the beds were quite uncomfortable and it was roasting hot, even with the radiators off and the window open. But good value for what we paid.

Was working away so just needed somewhere to stay and this was absolutely fine.

Excellently run B&B. Our room was clean, spacious and warm. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was exceptional with top quality ingredients, well presented and great choice.

We had a one night stop over. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room very clean, bed comfortable. In a quiet place. Plenty of tea and coffee. We were given a parking permit which was a nice touch. Arrived late afternoon took a walk down to the esplanade which was lovely lit up.

We have just had the pleasure of staying here for one night. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely return.
