The hotel is very clean and the staff are super polite and willing to help. We arrived very late at 6pm to 7pm on the Saturday then the only option is a room with no desk or chair which are listed as part the amenities. I went to the front desk to express my concerns because my husdand and I need to take turns to work remotely during the travel and the desk/chair are something we cannot do without. The front desk took notes and offered us a change of room at 11:30am next day. I was thrilled to see how considerate and how fast the front desk staff acted on this matter. The free breakfast is a nice compliment for a hotel in such a central location at such a reasonable price. The food choices are good enough - the best part is that you can make fresh pancakes right on the spot. The coffee machine at the lounge is an angel - it makes all types of coffee, and above all, it serves in 24x7. I am very happy for my stay and would recommend Quality Inn Centre-Ville if you are looking for a downtown hotel with the right price and good amenities.

Perfect location and good value. The hotel is located at central area of Montreal and walkable distance to port, mont royal, and surrounded by pubs. 24hour free hot coffee, chocolate and tea in ground floor. There’s a parking garage nearby which cost 18 per day, reasonable prices for downtown. We spent lovely time here.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Front desk is exceptional to assist with extra accommodations. Parking is around a corner. Within short walking distance to Montréal main attractions. Highly recommend!

Good location, nice staff, great breakfast. Parking garage is 1 minute away, enough space to drive down with a pickup truck.

We had a small room with a double bed but it was comfortable. The bathroom was modern. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed sitting in the reception room drinking a latte from the Keurig You need to walk 2-3 blocks to find places to eat. The Metro was just a block away which was nice.

The continental breakfast isn’t that great. Their pancake making machine makes terrible pancakes and there isn’t a lot of good vegetarian options. Staff is lovely and beds are great. For anyone with difficulty climbing stairs be warned the entrance to the hotel is a flight of stairs up and their wheelchair lift is unusable because of 5 ft. of snow in it.

Small hotel, but very clean and located in a great downtown area. Very well maintained and the complimentary espresso machine is such a treat!

Small room and very noisy

The room was small and temp was set at 62 when we arrived, but it didn’t take too long to warm up. The breakfast was just ok, price was very reasonable and the place was clean with easy and inexpensive parking. However, the walls were not at all soundproof and we were woken up by screaming in the middle of the night which was jarring.
