It was really clean and nice to stay

Best Breakfast at any hotel we had stayed.

Most comfortable bed out of all the hotels in Torreón.

The manager, i smoke at the pool in the mornings is not one single signal of NO SMOKING IN THE OPEN POOL AREA, AND SHE LOCK THE DOOR OF THE POOL SO I CAN DO NOT HAVE ACCESS IN THE MORNINGS TO IT.AND FOR THE NEXT FOUR DAYS, NOBODY WENT NOBODY JUMP IN THE POOL IN THE pool, the room was perfectly clean but they don't change your, Sheets every day they just fix you bed. Clean the floors back you and the floors clean the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean, the best of the hotel was the mornings on the buffet. The service was excellent, 5 🌟

The facilities were nice. The area is not very walkable, and the lack of service at breakfast was disappointing.

Don’t be deceived by the curb appeal, once you are inside the building it’s beautiful and very well kept. Breakfast is better than expected in a hotel and staff are extremely nice.

The only think is that the pillows stinked, it looks like they don’t wash the pillow covers

El lugar está fatal, la habitación que me entregaron estaba sin refrigeración (AC), sucia y con pelos en la cama. La gerenta del hotel quedó en regresarme el dinero, ya que por lo pésimo del hotel, no usé la habitación. He mandado tres correos con la información que la gerenta me solicitó para la devolución y ni siquiera responde los correos. Hay mejores opciones de hoteles por la zona.

Room was dirty, there was no towels at all and beds where not done, receptionist was very helpful, she ended changing to another room.

Staying here was great. Clean and quiet. Really enjoyed it.

Not attentive enough with guests. Employees always seem bothered and annoyed with the exception of 1 young lady. Room service was not answering the phone, and employees were inattentive.
