Ideal location for us. Check in was quick and easy. Hotel is very clean and bright. We found our room quiet and peaceful.

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the M29. The hotel is well cared for with a reasonably spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially to Aleksandra. My wife and I wanted to take a train to Zakopane to do some Hiking in the Tatas. Aleksandra went to great lengths to assist us with train schedules, tickets, maps of the area and directions to the trails we wished to walk. She made this journey possible. Without question we would recommend the M29.

Really great spot right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter. Surrounded my bars and cafes and only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town square

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious room and clean hallways and lobby. The hotel is in the heart of Kazimierz and close to a tram line so easy to get around.

The hotel was super clean and I had everything I could have needed. The staff especially Dima and Monika were extremely friendly and accommodating. I appreciate both of you and thank you for making my stay a very nice and comfortable stay. This is a really great hotel in a very nice area and its value is the best.

Clean friendly

I loved my stay at Hotel M29 and when I come back to Krakow, I will stay here again. It’s a great location in Kazimierz, and a short walk to Old Town. The hotel restaurant was amazing and I enjoyed it. The service was excellent. Karolina at the front desk helped me get a hair dryer when mine went out in the room and also helped me work through an issue I was having with my luggage! My recommendation is that they make sure they changes the sheets for every guest, because I found a hair that did not belong to me when I checked in. Regardless, I will be back, because the service and location was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and cute

Great room. Only thing letting it down were small bath towels and limited toiletries.

Overall everything was good - clean, modern room in the old Jewish district with friendly and helpful front desk staff. Only downside is that it gets quite loud outside at night, we were woken by people on the street at 3am. We were on the ground floor so it was especially loud. We only stayed for one night, otherwise we would have asked to chnage rooms to a quieter area.

The service was excellent. The hotel is in a location that is convenient for getting about on foot.
