The room and bathroom was not clean. We did not have any power in our room, so it was very hot and we could not charge our phones in the room. The bathroom did not have any clean towels or supplies. The shower did not work properly. We did not know how to contact staff. Worst stay of our whole trip to Europe.

Terrible experience, stay away from this place. Address is wrong, phone number does not work. The facility does not have any sign. Neighbors and flatmates do not know about the business. There is no staff in the building. It is supposedly self-check in. They send a password for the room's key box in the email. In my case it was wrong and I had to take taxi, pay and stay in another hotel on the first night. Next day, a cleaning lady that I came across by chance told me the correct password. I stayed two nights there and the room was not cleaned. Second night someone forced my door. It was another misguided customer pair who were trying to find their room. They ended up staying in one of the flatmates room. It was my worst experience with Hotels.com ever.

Be prapered for not having a reception desk on site and if you need a receipt (e.g. for business trip), or need to deal with the personnel for any other reason, be prepared to go to a distant location to do it. Not telling that to the potential guests in advance is misadvertizing and not doing anything to correct this and other problems listed below is mismanagement. The suite had a nice kitchenette with a hot plate, coffee maker and a fridge with a small freezer compartment which came in handy because no breakfast was available despite the promise. The fact that the parking inside the property is 5 eur/day was not advertized and it should have been. Also, this city zone is a green parking zone (paid parking 7-19h on workdays). The guests should be informed about that. The place could be cleaned better and the walls already need a fresh coat of paint. Most importantly, the walk in shower floor is a health and safety hazard because the tiles are the same as on the walls instead of being antislip tiles (obligatory by the building codes in most countries). The staircase from second to the third floor where the rooms are has also this type of slippery tiles/stone and looks unfinished. The gate opening system should be improved because the remote control does not work properly, if it is there at all. Some guests took it along on my first day and cars were locked inside. It may be difficult to understand how things work based on the information given only in the e-mails.
