Room was too hot. The AC control didn’t work and when reported nobody responded for almost 2 hours at that time I went back to the front desk and told them to forget it. Even the in house phone to talk with the front desk was working. One of the towels provided was dirty. The breakfast was not good. My wife ordered over easy eggs which took a long time to make were wrong. She had too explain it again how to cook over easy eggs and they still couldn’t get it right. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was clean and good size, but it was chilly and we couldn’t get the heat to work from the room My husband went to the front desk to inquire about it and they said they controlled it from there. (Strange) Well it didn’t work so we asked for a couple of blankets which made it a little better. Continental breakfast had limited choices although they had another option you had to pay for but that too was limited and a bit pricey. The pool had no water. (good thing we forgot our swim wear) Staff was really nice and helpful. All in all, it was an okay stay and close to our events.

The staff was very courteous. The check in and check out process was very smooth and the rooms were very clean. There is no issue with traffic noise at night and the hamburger place near the hotel was very good. There is no refrigerator in the room and you have to go to the lobby and ask for ice.

The bed was very hard, and on our last night someone opened our room door luckily we had the lock that is across the door and only opens a little bit. it was very scary and the people left running because a soon as my husband got up to check they were gone. i let the staff know afterwards and said they were going to check camaras but never gave us an update.

Room had a broken futon. Not even an actual bed. Which was described as a couch that turns into a bed, not a a rock hard futon. Also king size bed was very hard. My back is still killing me. Wifi was horrible. Staff specifically Enrique was horrible, when i literally just arrived i told him the futon bed leg was bent/broken and wanted him to switch me rooms or replace the bed since my 10 year old daughter was going to sleep on it. He the accused us of breaking it and started calling all his staff members to question if they noticed the bed already broken. He was very rude and disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was so angry and ready to leave but i believe it was too late to cancel and get a refund. I will never stay there again
