Ask the landlord for some ice because the fridge has no ice, then the landlord says there is no ice??? So enthusiastic

Friendly staff, enthusiastic owner to guide sightseeing places. The room is ok for the price, right in the center of Hoa Lu ancient town. My room is room 301, please check if the sink doesn't have hot water, because I think the water is a bit weak.
