the lamp on the big bedside table is very disturbing because the lamp is broken and fragile, especially for those who bring toddlers, it is very disturbing. the rest is good, only the receptionist seems grumpy and unfriendly.

The facilities are not suitable, the pool is not ready, the room is not clean, in the room facilities it says there is betup but it turns out to be just an illusion. Highly not recommended

The staff is inconsistent in giving late check out prices, a few hours before booking the room we had confirmed to the reception's WA for the late check out price. They said the late check out price was IDR 200k until 18.00 WIB, the same as early check in starting at 07.00 WIB. But when we wanted to pay the late check out price when checking out of the room at 5 pm, they charged a late check out of IDR 300k inconsistently, with the reason that late check out was half the price of the room/night. But there was no written rule. Disappointed with this 4-star hotel. BTW, the room we booked was a Deluxe room. But even then there was no etiquette of good actions, confirmation from the manager to the reception…

Nyaman, staf nya ramah-ramah, bersih, udara sejuk seperti di pegunungan. Hotel Sapadia selalu menjadi pilihan untuk liburan atau sekedar menginap di Gunung Tua. Dengan lokasi di atas bukit, serasa berada di villa pegunungan.

Jika anda dari pekanbaru mau ke balige, hotel ini cocok untuk transit. Parkir luas, ada kolam renang, kamar relatif luas dapet sofa. Dengan harha 500rb menurut saya kualitas makanannya bisa di tingkatkan, jangan seperti hotel 300rb. Sisanya memuaskan
