Location is perfect everything close to the hotel

Friendly staff, they helped us organise a taxi to Palenque at very short notice as another taxi company had let us down. Also very supportive when I told them my partner was ill. The breakfast is great if you like eggs and/or meat, sadly I don't eat either so the options were very limited. Great presentation of food though. Easy walking distance into town and felt safe

Esta en muy buena zona,los cuartos super pequeños,me toco un cuarto con demasiada humedad y moho, lo comenté en recepción y me dijeron que no me podian cambiar xk no habia habitaciónes, pero si habia habitaciones disponibles, opte x cambiarme de hotel . Me deje llevar por lo buenos comentarios pero nad que ver.

I was surprised at the high rating. The first nite was like sleeping in a shed no windows, damp and cold. The next two nites changed rooms a bit bigger still damp and cold. No hot water in either room. 3rd nite saw a room n ct door with a heater. Asked for a heater which they provided but never offered. The breakfast was great coffee, toast, fruit, and main meal.

The property was perfect for a couple. Loved the style and decor. The breakfast was amazing! Props to the chef.

It’s an excellent little hotel. The free breakfast is really good. Wifi was a little slow and no Netflix or any streaming Tv available. Otherwise a great little hotel.

Love the beds very comfortable to sleep. Rooms a little small and cramped bathroom also small and clogged drain but it’s a very charming property just for the bed I would stay here again. Thanks

There was a sunlit dining area that overlooked at the garden below...very nice touch!

Hotel was very accommodating. If I ever travel back to Chiapas this would be the only option.

No cuentan con estacionamiento y las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, pero cómodas, el servicio del personal es bastante amable, un punto a considerar es que no cuentan con estacionamiento.

En nuestra habitación no salía agua y era muy fuerte el olor a humedad
