The hotel was modern, spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived a day late due to flihht cancellation and they gave us an extra day without charge. Highly recommend

The Nice, new hotel is located in the Center of Budapest, just 3 minutes walk from various theaters and the opera house. We had the opportunity to watch the musical Mary Poppins in the Madach Theater, which was fascinating. The hotel restaurant is of high quality, the staff is professional, the dinner was excellent. The room is modern. We will definitely return to this hotel, and we will not miss a good musical in the Madach Theater.

Great location within easy distance of the city centre and tube station. Handy corner shop and bakery outside the hotel and lovely local restaurants near to the opera house. Room was very clean, extremely quiet although a little small.

We had a lovely stay at the Pullman. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was well placed for visiting all of the main attractions - almost everything was a 15-20 minute walk away. We also used Uber to get to further away places like the Szechenyi Thermal Spa. We booked the spa through the hotel and ate at a nearby restaurant that was recommended by the receptionist on duty. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well located hotel and great service!

The only thing I found not perhaps to my liking was the coffee machine in the room. Fine if you like expresso, but no other choice other than herbal tea. Otherwise fab and would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed staying at the Pullman Budapest. Friendly helpful staff, amazing modern design, very modern rooms, and a lovely breakfast offering. Great cocktails at the bar, as well as a nice (small, but functional) gym. My one comment is that the rooftop bar should be open every day. It is only open on weekends, which was a big big unfortunate let down. It is a big missed opportunity for the property with such a beautiful space. We stayed for a week and only had access to the rooftop on Friday, the night before we left. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely stay there again when I return. Great location as well for easy access to all of the city. Very walkable and easy to get Bolt taxis.

Excellent room with a large bed and shower. Relatively central location near the M1 metro. Staff very helpful, overall superb stay.

Very nice hotel and everything was new so enjoyed it

Best part of my stay was the service I received from the staff. The staff could not do enough for you, special shout out goes to Reka and Geza. They made me feel extremely special and are a credit to Pullman Budapest.

I love this hotel for business . This occasion we came on vacation with the family. I felt disappointed that the rooftop is only open on Friday and Saturdays. Very clean and it’s a beautiful hotel .

Nice hotel

The hotel is modern, lovely big reception. Nice bar and restaurant area. Perfect location for exploring Budapest. We had a couple of issues during our stay, the hotel compensated with free breakfast and free dinner. Room is comfortable but small (we had a normal double room) fine if you’re away for a weekend away but for longer it’s a bit cramped. Shower is fab, bed is super comfy

Great short stay

Staff were great. Room was great. I arrived way too early and they moved rooms around to get me checked in. 15/10!
