Friendly staff, big room, and comfortable.

For HK, please deepen your understanding of the function of door signs, especially make-up rooms. I hadn't asked for my room to be cleaned, and without my permission, it was cleaned (while I was having breakfast), with my clothes and personal belongings still untidy. As far as I understand, make-up rooms are done after guests check out, when permission is given from guests (those staying more than one night), or when the "Please Make Up Room" sign is displayed on the outside door. When I checked in, the front desk had told me that if I wanted to use the make-up room, I could inform the front desk. No one informed me beforehand that the room would be cleaned while I was having breakfast, meaning I didn't receive permission, and the room is a private guest area. This was a very bad experience for me.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The food was varied and delicious.

I've stayed here 4 times and it's always been okay overall, just the check-in process takes a really long time.

This hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, affordability, and excellent service. Atmosphere: Quiet, despite being located on a main road, it's not noisy. Facilities: Quite complete, with an engaging children's playground. It's located near the pool and near a restaurant for breakfast. Food: Quite tasty, but there wasn't much variety during our stay. Price: Affordable, compared to other well-known hotels in Malang/Batu. Location: Strategic for those visiting Sengkaling or having business at UMM.

First time, I really like the cool, natural feel of the hotel, the spacious room with super comfortable bed and pillows, but the elevator is very small, but it's okay because there are 2 elevators to anticipate overload when checking out. Overall it's good

the staffs are really friendly. The room is great and spacious, with beautiful ambience. The elevator is a bit small. The breakfast menus are so so. But overall is okay, we really considering to book this hotel again in the next trip to Malang.

The hotel was clean and spacious, with a varied breakfast, and friendly staff. The downside was that the room wasn't soundproof, and noise from outside could be heard quite clearly inside.

The service is friendly, and the rooms and surrounding area are always kept clean. It's centrally located between Malang and Batu, so if you're planning a trip between the two cities, this is a great place to stay.

It's been my umpteenth time staying here because it's strategically located and very close to my daughter's cottage. The hotel staff are all very friendly, just yesterday I was a little disappointed because I had booked a room with a large bed about 1 month in advance, because I was bringing a baby, but when I arrived the only available room was a twin room, and the receptionist said that the double room was fully booked, so they had to put 2 beds together and it was very uncomfortable for 2 adults with 1 baby in the middle. Hopefully in the future the service can be improved so that I won't be disappointed again.

All the hotel staff were very friendly. From early check-in requests to prompt and thorough explanations of additional charges, I stayed there for three nights. I would definitely stay there again.

i asked for early check in because i'm from surabaya and the hotel staff give me their available room at 1 PM (1 hour before), their staffs are very helpfull to my father who's using wheelchair.

the hotel UMM but the hotel 718 my room toilets 🚻 not good facing qiblah all toilet. I think this bulding by Chinese so I never recommend any Muslim people come to stay this hotels. they need business must change positions toilet from Qiblah to other direction I am very saad about this hotels.

Overall it's good and worth staying here, but please check the smaller details again, because yesterday I stayed there and the tea sachet was torn, and the water also had an unpleasant smell.
