Very bad, the deposit has been 2 weeks and still hasn't been returned, the bedsheets had lots of stains when I stayed, the lights were out, and there was a deduction in the deposit information, very bad and disappointing to stay at this place.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in.

The place is nice, but dirty like the toilet seat smells of urine (not cleaned) and there are worms too :( besides that the sleeping mattress has ants. TV channels are not all clear. And the response from the apatel is very long. Coupled with a large enough deposit and via TF, but there is no guarantee that our TF deposit to apatel. Refunds of deposits also take 1-7 days. :)
