The staff were unfriendly and not cheerful.

The room was clean and spacious. However, it seemed to be a family-run business, so the customer service wasn't very good. They weren't enthusiastic with guests. There was no elevator, and they didn't help guests carry their luggage upstairs.

The landlady is lovely, and the villa is right near the night market, just a 1-2 minute walk away.
