The staff is friendly. The room is quite big & clean in the city center area. Close to food, very close to Kuta beach ... next time I go to Bali, I definitely have to go to The Jero 18 again 😎😎😎

Regret knowing this accommodation on the last day. The location is very strategic, close to restaurants, Kuta Beach, and souvenir shops. The service is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, the bathroom is also very spacious and of course very clean and fragrant. The only drawback is a little, the pool may need to be cleaned again.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the surroundings are very clean. For those who want to relax, it is suitable to stay there.

Jero offers alternative calming experience of the very vibrant Kuta neighborhood. Located in the front part of a Balinese house, it provided us with calming locality and warmth. Everything is always under control when the boys are in charge. Free breakfast is a plus, but we believe that water dispenser is ideally ready. Overall, a recommended place to stay.

Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. When we first entered, there was a white spot on the blanket, we asked for a change of room and they gave it to us.

Very worth the price. It's just that the breakfast is just basic bread and cereal which could be improved a little. Maybe if you still want a basic breakfast, at least provide a variety of eggs for breakfast.

first time staying at a guest house, so the facilities make me "oh like this, it can be okay" the staff is quite friendly, the room and toilet are spacious, although the mattress is noisy, the toilet door also likes to shake so it has to be blocked, the swimming pool is a bit dirty, There is a shared kitchen but the cookware is also dirty so I don't use it. There are dog keepers around, so sometimes there is dog poop in the driveway, so be careful. But the location is very strategic, it's okay to stay here just to sleep, the rest of the time just walk around Kuta and you won't get tired quickly anywhere.

Comfortable, clean, and friendly receptionist. It's just that the breakfast is not so good, the bread is very dry and the toaster is broken and the jam is also not so good. The cereal milk seems not intentional, thin and clear like plain water. So I didn't eat at all. But the rest is okay. Just a suggestion, besides the bathroom, provide a trash can.
