The soundproofing of the room is not good, you can hear the conversation in the hallway clearly. The breakfast food is not diverse. I went during the week so I don't know if there are more dishes on the weekend when there are many guests staying. In addition, the service is very good, the staff is enthusiastic, friendly, the check-in and check-out procedure is fast. Enthusiastic customer support. The facilities are neat and clean, the space is comfortable.

A very bad experience. The room had cockroaches and was not well soundproofed, so it was affected by the sound of kitchen drilling and chiseling. Old elevator and room Changed from Holiday Two to Holiday One without prior notice. Restaurant dishes and dishes smell fishy. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with many Message shops so consider this when booking

Clean rooms. Nice view. Only breakfast is too poor.

In general, the hotel was good, the rooms were clean, the breakfasts were included though it was not pricey and the staff was really helpful. However, they took me about 30 minutes to get my room even though the check-in time is 2 pm and I got to the hotel at 4 pm.

The hotel and staff do not care about guests. I stayed there for 3 nights, I reported from the first day that the room light was broken (808) but the staff went up to see it and then arranged for someone to do something administrative the next day, and then didn't come up, 3 nights that light was broken! Refrigerator but according to the consultant, it is a refrigerator =)) poor cooling! Check-in time is also strict. I know this is an exaggerated request, but bthg in places, if the room is available, around 12 o'clock, guests will still be allowed to check in a little early, here no! So I think cskh is not good! The price of the room I think is not worth fighting

Clean, spacious hotel. Breakfast buffet has many dishes. only the sound insulation is not good. Everything else is ok.

There is a need for poetry, comfortable, welcoming staff, clean room, not too strong smell of laundry detergent.

My wife and I passed Can Tho and stopped at the hotel to stay for 1 night. The first impression when we got off the taxi was that the security guard was very enthusiastic, ran out to carry the suitcase to help us even though it was the work of the bell man while the bell man was nowhere to be found. 3 star hotel but quite big & spacious. The receptionist is also quite attentive and quick to guide us to check in. New rooms, hot water is okay. However, the room's lights were broken and the air-conditioner was a bit weak. Breakfast buffet must go to the next hotel also holiday but is 4 stars. Due to placing on the app, I did not pay attention, but knew 4 stars but it was cheap so I booked a 4-star holiday room. A few steps away are a few cafes, live music beer. Cai Khe Market is only 500m from the hotel. Well review more on the 11th floor of the hotel with massage service, the bell man invited his husband to go up there but he did not go up ^ _ ^ He was scared of his wife, then the bell man blinked with 3 emergency exits haha.

Clean room, enthusiastic staff. I will come back when I return to Cần Thơ.

Everything is new and clean, the only big minus point is that the curtains are too badly designed, the light shining directly on the guests in the morning can not sleep. For some reason, everything in the room is wonderful and the curtains are so bad

New, clean, beautiful hotel, close to the center and very convenient for entertainment, dining! Furthermore the reception was extremely lovely and friendly, I arrived early and was arranged for early check-in! Overall very satisfied and will come back to Can Tho!

The air conditioner is too hot, the machine is in the corner so it is quite hot
