I think it's weird, the check-in time is 15:00 Usually other villas are at 13:00. So when we rented this villa, we thought it was like a regular villa, but it turned out that the check-in time was 15:00. Even then, we were sent the villa's rules after payment. If there were other rules, we wouldn't mind, we followed them, but we were disappointed with the check-in time. But because we had already left, we waited until 12 past 13 when we arrived at the villa..it turned out that we couldn't enter even though the villa was empty, we couldn't enter because that time was surf time..it's funny, that's the time we rented, why was it included as surf time..we brought our children and some of them were tired from the trip and wanted to rest...we were forced to rest lying on the edge of the villa...the staff were also not very friendly, I'm afraid I'll rent here again..

Comfortable, neat, just a narrow alleyway

Liburan seru bareng keluarga akhirnya bisa terlaksana di sini. Tempatnya agak menanjak dan posisinya bagus untuk melihat pemandangan puncak. Tempatnya bersih, hanya sedikit ada masalah dengan toiletnya tapi bisa langsung diselesaikan dengan cepat oleh petugasnya. Terima kasih.

A comfortable and safe villa for family gatherings, always satisfied with all the services of the villa 100 collection.

So far the villa is pretty clean but the swimming pool is dirty and at night there are frogs swimming around so it's not recommended for swimming, and when you check out you're in a rush, especially if you bring a toddler whose name is as late as guests arrive at 1 o'clock at the latest. It's still normal, it's not even 1 o'clock, it's already being attacked by people who are cleaning, while my family and I are still eating, imagine the service times like that, and if you want to send someone to clean, let me know first, besides, I also know the check time. out at 12 but I brought a toddler, there was no need to rush like that, I even asked some of my friends that they were treated like that, in hotels, villas it's normal to be a little late, what's more if you bring children! No recommended guys, trust me (I asked for the owner's number, the admin said he couldn't get the info).

This accommodation is as shown in the picture, very clean, comfortable and pleasant, the guards are also very friendly.

Overall our experience here was very satisfying. The building is well maintained, facilities are complete & in good shapes, the host & staff was also kind & helpful. Some inputs from us: - There's no AC & fan which is very understandable & common in Puncak area villas, but somehow the rooms was very hot day & night, perhaps because it's currently summer, would be great if the host can provide fan in the bedrooms.- A lot of flies in the kitchen which is understandable as well, but would be great if the host can provide food cover (tudung saji) to keep the foods clean & hygiene.- Water pump machine from next door villa was very noisy. Very hard to sleep with hearing this noise all night.

Villas are clean, comfortable, and recommended for family events. The clerk is also friendly, and very helpful what is needed. The road to the area is quite small, and far from the main road. So enough supplies if you want to stay overnight.
