Very disappointed, I've paid and wanted to check in but it's closed and there's no confirmation whatsoever.

Not to welcomes. Is enough for budget hotel. No to cleans.

When checking in, it was difficult because there were no employees but only their contact numbers were provided. So we only contacted them via WhatsApp. The bathroom and toilet were a bit smelly, so we cleaned them ourselves with the available equipment. So that it would be a little more comfortable. We only stayed for one night. But it was quite good for a budget accommodation, especially since it is close to the waterfront and other strategic places. Thank you.

There was no hotel staff waiting inside the hotel, so it was difficult to check in.

The blanket was dirty, there were blood and yellow spots, I don't know what, plus the mattress was itchy, as if the sheets hadn't been changed.

The room has no soundproofing. At night if anyone moves outside, you will be woken up. The bathroom has a bad smell, from the drain pipe. However, the price is OK, and location is so great, near water front and you can walk.

Easy check in process. Simply send proof of payment to the hotel owner's WhatsApp, then the hotel will send a code to the entrance of the guesthouse and the wifi password. The hotel owner was quite friendly, he gave me a special family room considering I only stayed from noon to night
