The location is great, as there are few hotels nearby. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly. The downside is that the rooms are dark for reading at night, and the pillowcases seem to have not been changed, as they smell of sweat from the head.

Although there is no smoking room, there is a smoking area on the 9th floor. It's quite a change from having to leave the hotel building and hang out on the side of the road.

We extended our stay at this hotel once again, and we were once again very impressed by how comfortable the Junior Suite was. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that the TV in our room was a bit difficult to use, and the picture quality was not very good throughout our stay. But overall, we absolutely love this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

This was our second stay at this hotel. My kids and I had a pleasant experience here. We booked the Junior Suite for 5 days. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful. When the online taxi dropped you off, you got free parking by asking for the hotel stamp on the parking ticket.

Communication from the staff is very friendly and on-point (shout out to Ka Deka and Ka Lukman), the room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is also top, road access is also good, if you want to go around East Jakarta or walk to the center it only takes 10 minutes, overall a complete package for your stay.

Not really worth it for a 4-star hotel. We stayed in a superior room, and there were only two thin, soft pillows. There was no refrigerator, and the curtains weren't blackout-proof, so it was still very bright during the day even when they were closed. Breakfast was also very limited. Hopefully, this will be helpful.
