It was a pleasant stay at the Luxury Inn. It's close to culinary spots. I've only recently found a hotel that can accommodate a large group. The service is excellent.

The hotel is clean and comfortable for resting, and the staff are very friendly. Recommended.

The room is not bad, the facilities are quite complete, but I don't know why the hot water keeps turning on and off, that's all, but overall it's okay, the staff are friendly.

Everything is good, the staff is friendly, and the parking is close. But unfortunately, the cleanliness could be improved, starting with the blankets and pillows. The floor should be swept in every corner. But overall, everything is okay.

For the East Jakarta area, the hotel is recommended.

It's very close to the Jakarta International Velodrome and Arion Mall (within walking distance). The staff is friendly and will try to accommodate early check-in/check-out requests.

Excellent service. Before the big day, I confirmed my order with Ibrahim by phone and asked about birthday treats, and he explained it to me in a very friendly and detailed manner. The hotel doesn't offer free birthday treats yet, but you can request paid ones. I stayed there for my mom's birthday and asked for help with a surprise cake. The staff that day, Tohir, and the security guard, were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Luxury Inn Arion.

The staff were lovely and I would like to take the time to thank the manager Ibrahim and the receptionist Diana. However, avoid this hotel at all costs. I had a windowless room and no 4 star would have no windows. The rooms cleanliness were subpar. And the top floor, the room they moved me to had a crack in the ceiling so there was a puddle in my room because I stayed during monsoon season and it rained really bad that day. This is not a 4 star hotel. If anything it is a 0 star hotel. Traveloka you need to protect the travellers who book on here and consider changing the way you rate hotels. It is incredibly misleading.

Overall good, there are a few notes that need attention regarding the sound quality, wifi & TV channels which are not good (often disappear)

Small room, very ordinary breakfast

I stayed at the Luxury Inn Arion Hotel for the second time because I was looking for a family-friendly room at an affordable price. The room I booked was a junior suite family. It has two twin beds downstairs and one double bed upstairs, making it perfect for a family getaway. There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel, and it's close to the Arion Mall.
