Best location on BSD to work at ICE BSD

The room is small and the door is broken.

It's quite near ICE BSD, so it's convenient if you're planning to attend an event there. I got the third floor room so it's quite spacey, enough for 3 people. No elevators though, so if you brought heavy suitcases, good luck. You can ask the receptionist to keep an eye on your things on the first floor though. The room seems to not be cleaned often; when I checked in, the bathroom still has some hair on the floor and the bedroom's floor is dusty. No phones in the room too so we need to head downstairs to ask a staff to clean up our room. Also the room is not really soundproofed so you're cooked if you're staying besides loud neighbors. Overall, good enough if it's just for 1-2 days or you just wanted a room to sleep in. But for a long-time stay? I recommend another hotel.

My experience at your hotel was very disappointing due to several issues: There were no essential personal amenities such as toilet paper and toothbrushes. The room had no hot water, which caused significant inconvenience. During the night, there were electrical problems, causing the lights to flicker on and off continuously. Because of this, I couldn’t sleep at all. Due to these conditions, I had to check out the next morning, on October 16, 2025, instead of staying until October 18 as planned.

The room is poorly maintained and doesn't smell good, especially the toilet is damp and there are worms on the toilet tiles.

quite comfortable for that price, cold AC, water heater, clean room, cable TV. The downside is that at night it's really noisy downstairs, people hanging out laughing really loudly, not recommended for light sleepers, the water that comes out is very small, the plug is far from the bed

the staff is friendly, the atmosphere outside the homestay is comfortable, the room is comfortable, there are towels, mineral water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, the AC and TV are okay, even if the AC is not turned on it doesn't feel hot, there is no soundproofing, access to the location is easy, but it seems that there are rarely any food sellers around there, access to ICE is just walking distance.

Highly recommended, especially for those who are having an event at ICE BSD, you can just walk to the location with affordable accommodation prices.
