When I checked in I was rejected, because it turned out the hotel had changed owners and the traveloka application was not closed, then I looked for another hotel and there was no refund of my money from the hotel, please traveloka close the Oyo 3210 Hotel Rian Palembang application, thank you.

According to the hotel, it is no longer registered online. So I was charged an additional fee of up to 60k (the difference in payment of 105k with offline fees).
