Great location, clean and tidy, helpful staff, plenty of parking and only 10mins walk from Metro for easy access to Newcastle city centre.

Been coming to this hotel years now still looks the same, the same standards nothing changes lots of tea coffee hot chocolate water, safe friendly team who want to genuinely go out the way to help you, big shout to every staff member as you all make this place tick like a Rolex and genuinely from my heart gutted when it’s fully booked keep up the excellent work!

I have stopped here on many occasion with work, Hotel staff always nice and friendly room always nice and clean, good atmosphere in bar.

No spa. Wouldn't mind paying a little more for a spa. Great staff in the restaurant, Moira. Is a major asset to your company.

Clean, good sized bedroom and very comfortable bed

Everything about this hotel is excellent ! The staff at reception are great, room was great and nice and cool on a hot day when I walked in. Nice comfy bed. All the reasons why I keep going back !

Really nice room, didn't visit the restaurant but I ordered some of their grill items from the room service menu which were exceptional. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming given how nice everything else was.

Bed was a bit soft for me, but other than that excellent

Great hotel. Stone throw away from city centre. 5 min walk from a metro station which goes straight to city centre or airport. Stylish clean rooms. Great place to stay.

The breakfast had a wide choice of options and had a vegan full English, which was a pleasant surprise. The vegan food and coffee were excellent and come highly recommended

Second stay at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are stunning, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Food is exceptional and the staff from reception to the bar are amazing. Looking forward to my next stay. 10/10.

Very comfortable and staff very friendly

We always stay here when visiting family in the area. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are lovely. Plenty of parking. Three Mile bar next door for drinks. Bus stop outside taking you up to the High Street or into Town. Nothing negative to say.
