Irresponsible. My group went to have a problem, the homestay did not solve it for guests. Staff parking instructions for guests are not safe, do not guide guests to the secured parking lot. When there is an incident, my car is stolen, I refuse to take responsibility, do not handle it, argue with customers, both owners and employees. At first, he said he would check the camera for the customer to find a way to handle it, but then said otherwise. Too disappointed. Should not be here.

We are sorry that you lost the car logo during your stay in Halong. The staff member also said that there’s a security parking which is 50m away. Because it’s more convenient to park the car in the street right next to our homestay and there’s never been a problem, so we let the customers decide where they would like to park. But when parking, you know that there’s no one is watching the car on the street. When it happened, we told you we would check the camera from the neighbors to see the video footage but we asked and the neighbors said they didn’t have the video footage of the street. So we couldn’t provide you what we don’t have. What you lost on the street can’t be compensated by us. But we can assist you in making reports to the local police or your auto insurance in order for them to look for/ compensate you. Best regards,

Lovely homestay located on a small slope about 10 minutes walk from Sunworld. The outside space, bedroom, and other amenities are exactly the same as the photos posted and are extremely complete. The friendly owner also free 1 hour late check-out for her house. Extremely satisfied, will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity to come to Ha Long next time ❤️
