Cobwebs in the bathroom, linen smells bad, the staff always misses communication with other staff, one female SERVANT at Akasa is too lazy to serve him with a judging look hahaha, sick. Luckily I forgot ur name sist and more important there's a guy who made me feel better during my stay thanks to mas diva (dw at Segaran), mas adi and pak agus (akasa) and pak komang (buggy driver). Please improve the staff service experience and how to treat customers without discrimination.
