Great apartment, a good 10 minute walk to the seafront area. Large rooms, plenty of space, clean and tidy on arrival. Secure car park. Things to note, there are approx 40 steps to reach apartment. Also the main bedroom upstairs, there is no door to the toilet and shower area.

A really nice place overall. A great location just a couple of minutes from the town centre. The rooms were very clean as well as tastefully decorated. The only downsides were that there was no lift to the top floor and the climb to the flat was rather tiring. Also there is no outside space which meant a long trip to the bottom floor if you needed to have a cheeky smoke. I felt that the TV was way too small for such a large room, it would be definitely better if the place had a bigger TV.

We spent a week in this apartment. Communication was good prior to our arrival, slight problem in that the access code was out of date so we had to phone them. This was quickly resolved. The apartment was reasonably clean, the black gloss kitchen units showing every mark and streak. The windows were in need of a good clean. The apartment was very well equipped, but a TV in the bedrooms would be appreciated. The single fob for car park and door access was a pain as we were two couples staying and going our separate ways. Surely it should be possible to provide two fobs. The apartment is in a rundown area, the car park did provide secure parking but was dirty and awash with litter. The blue door back entrance was piled with litter and the wood was rotting in places. The lift was dirty and smelled, the stairs were also in a sad state of neglect. To conclude, the actual apartment was just acceptable but it is let down by the dirty, scruffy access.

Fabulous penthouse apartment in an ideal location at the top end of town by the river. Beautifully decorated and has everything you could need to accommodate either a short or long stay. Its also very helpful having the secure parking space below. We will be booking this apartment from now on when we visit great yarmouth, 100% recommend!

Lovely apartment and spacious. It was home away from home. We absolutely enjoyed staying here and it’s centrally located with secure parking, shops and Great Yarmouth beach about 10 minutes walk. The owner Stef, was exceptionally good and just a phone call away to help- initially we couldn’t find the parking and Stef guided us. My kids really loved it and in the future we would be using their services again! They have other properties in Norfolk, so looking forward to booking one in other locations! Thank you so much Stef!
