Beautiful rooms and great staff. Ocean pool needs some work.

The property was nice and clean. There was no ability to obtain our own ice for the room. Had to call front desk and it would take up to an hour to get ice. There was no beach. This was an area from multiple steps to get to no beach but an infinity pool. The pool was slippery from the sand to get into it. The nearest bathroom was upstairs. Not convenient.

Absolutely gorgeous. The most scenic resort in Bermuda.

I had high expectations based on previous reviews but holy cow this place blew them away. Seriously could not have asked for more. The place was beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing. Seriously don’t look elsewhere, this is the place you want.

It’s beautiful and unique.

The property is absolutely beautiful. There is no view that isn’t breathtaking! Those that are serving and assisting you make you feel welcomed and very comfortable. I’ve traveled many places and this is one of the best vacations I’ve ever had.

Awesome

This is a small boutique style resort with plenty of ammenities. The pools were lovely and the walk down to the beach was stunning. Love the infinity pool and bar on the beach. Staff was excellent, especially Andrew.

Great Hotel very comfortable and lovely staff

Azura was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and our room and all the guest spaces were clean and tidy. It’s an exotic location set up on the cliff with the beach down below. We really liked this layout as it made the beach even quieter and more private. The food was also excellent…genuinely. We will return.

A little more variety on all menus would make dining on premise more appealing. The ice machine motor at the terrace pool bar needs to be replaced as the humming sound is very loud.

The staff in general were very helpful, and the facilities are lovely with easy access to a pristine private beach, and several infinity pools. Andrew at the bar and Samuel on staff were especially helpful and provided great service. Only sour note was the lady at the front desk who was in general unfriendly, and especially so while checking out. When we happened to ask about the Rum Swizzle which they had given us on arrival, she rudely said it’s for check-in only!

BEAUTIFUL view from the hotel room ! We like the location — quality of the room AND the overall resort — friendly staff —the pool(s) and private beach,,,, it is a great place to make your vacation in Bermuda a wonderful experience.
