Lush green property with private beach and very friendly Staff with a smile.

Stunning hotel with warm, friendly staff.

We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. They treated us like family and were always so insistent on arranging things for us like packing up some fruits when we were checking out, remembering all our food preferences and even customizing foods to our taste. Special mention to the restaurant staff Sujatha, Rakesh, Krishnakant and Ritu who were always cheerful

My stay at the Taj Hotel in Goa was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the signature Taj warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The location is breathtaking—nestled along the pristine Goan coastline, offering mesmerizing views of the Arabian Sea. The architecture beautifully blends Goa’s Portuguese heritage with modern elegance, creating a serene yet sophisticated ambiance. The rooms and suites are pure luxury—spacious, impeccably designed, and equipped with world-class amenities. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the sea was an experience I will cherish forever. The culinary experience at Taj Goa is simply divine. From authentic Goan delicacies to global gourmet dishes, every meal was a gastronomic delight. The seafood, in particular, was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff’s attention to detail and personalized service made every dining experience exceptional. The hospitality at Taj is what sets it apart. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel special and well taken care of. Whether it was arranging a private beach dinner, organizing personalized excursions, or simply remembering my preferences, their service was flawless. The spa and wellness center was another highlight. After a relaxing massage at the Jiva Spa, I felt completely rejuvenated. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was the perfect.

Excellent facilities, room was very spacious and modern, extensive breakfast buffet spread.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice, modern and big room. Big bathroom, bath big enough for two. Sea view to die for. Good restaurant, something for everyone. Nice beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. We had been looked after very well. Specially Glenn a manager whom went the extra mile to sort out things for us.

Our stay was good for 3 nights as that’s enough if you have a small child otherwise it gets boring after that. We added a half board which was convenient but they added it to the bill as extras. It was sorted at check out but shouldn’t have happened as it’s a taj group and you don’t expect that to happen.The view from the window was stunning.

The staff were accommodating and tended to our needs very well. The restaurant was fabulous. Being in the hotel compound did not feel as though we were in a very busy area of Mumbai. Loved it very much. !! Thankyou. 😁

Staff very polite and genuinely ready to help. Hotel layout, particularly lobby and terrace are amazing. Dinning hall supervisor (Glen) was always there to make sure that other staff are prompt in providing great service. Highly recommended. Will come back in near future

Excellent Hotel

Cidade was an experience by itself in lovely Goa. The service and staff were exceptional in their attentiveness and service; Horizon felt like a pearl sotting quietly and beautifully in the warmth and bustle of the busy city. The hotel is a seven rating in its maintenance and the quality of food offered. We are definitely going to recommend it to everyone.

Nice property

Very nice, modern facility . One of the best breakfast we had on our 21 day journey .

Our trip to the Taj property did not meet the expectations that ones looks for when visiting a 5 star hotel. To begin with, 1) when we reached hotel, there was no one to welcome us. I reached out to staff member who took my Id and asked me to wait. While i was waiting with my family, no one offered any beverage. 2) After waiting for what seemed like a long time we decided to head for lunch. The staff member said they will hand us the key at the restaurant. The staff lady came to meet us to give us back our IDs and share the property itinerary sheet but not the keys. 3) so again after finishing out lunch we had to still go back to the reception asking for our oeys which took additional 10 mins. 4) No one gave us the property tour and so when we were ready to hit the pool we were not sure where to head. Had to go back to the reception asking for help, which then they provided. But by then we were super frustrated. 5) the air condition of the room was not working well, it had spots in the room where it felt hot while other side felt super cold. We complained and the technician came to check the air which he said was working but even after we explained the issue all we got the response was to give it 0 mins to cool then. Long story short till the end our stay it did not get fixed. We did complain second time at the reception and were told they will send portable fan which never was delivered. 6) in room dining was always late and food cold.

Amazing staff and great service

We have one of the best experiences in Taj. Food was amazing. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Services were really great. I would love to visit here again
