Nada a reclamar.

It's a little hard to find at first (take the stairs to the left of the big Inca statue!) but otherwise it was nice and clean and comfortable. No issues staying here for out trip to Machu Picchu!

The hotel is ideally situated near a variety of dining establishments and retail establishments. The personnel were excellent. I do want to point out that bathroom upgrades would be beneficial. All things considered, it was an amazing experience, and I strongly recommend the Hotel Ferre.

We loved relaxing at the hotel after hiking. It was a perfect location and directly on the river.

This hotel by its condition is supposed to have a person from the hotel waiting at the train station with a sign indicating who were supposed to get to the hotel because it is kind of hard to get to it. Well nobody was waiting for us at the train station. Also I asked for a fan previously before getting to the hotel because I knew this room didn’t had A/C. I had to ask 5 times to finally get the fan. Service was awful. The room was clean but a nasty smell of moisture, this was one of the reasons I did request the fan.

Hotel is located a bit of a walk from the train station, about 12- 15 minutes once you get familiar with the narrow streets of Machu Picchu Town. A staff member meets you at the station and escorts you to the hotel.which is on a little climb as many other hotels in the area. Free breakfast at 5am before leaving for Machu Picchu . Extremely attentive and very helpful front desk staff Thank you for holding my bags and all your hospitality.

The hotel was up a steep hill. I was out of breath. Be careful — there are two Hotel Ferres in Machu Picchu. The first is right next to the train and over a beautiful river. This one is far, up hill, the lobby is infested with bugs flying in, and the front desk did not give us rooms with the minimal view that did exist. At least the hotel was kind enough to have someone help bring the bags (but didn’t make a big difference since we had 5 people in our group).

Pudimos dejar nuestras mochilas después del check out.
