The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. My accommodation was first rate.

If there's a b & b anywhere where the hosts are more attentlve, i've yet to visit it. A real gem of a place, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and a 5 minute walk to the town centre make this a great place to come. We have been twice now and there is sure to be a third when we revisit Dumfries.

A very impressive house in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk to the centre. A comfortable room with hotel-type amenities. Sally and Ian were brilliant hosts - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent.

Sally & Ian are amazingly warm and helpful hosts. I wasn’t looking forward to this particular work trip that much but I left having had a great time due to their hospitality. Cozy comfy room, plenty of space & great location and the breakfasts are epic.

Fantastic facility Ian and Sally super hosts we can highly recommend this B&B. The best we ever stopped in, The breakfast was a true experience of Scottish hospitality.
