Exceptional hotel. We stayed 3 nights and could not fault the hotel. The property was clean and well maintained and staff were superb. The check in staff could not have made us feel more welcome- they offered a welcome drink on arrival and recommendations for the local area. Every time we walked through the hotel and passed a staff member they would say hello- they were all so attentive and courteous. We did have a small issue with a drain smell in our room which was not the hotels fault, but they allowed us to swap rooms immediately and without a fuss. The staff on the rooftop made the pool experience lovely, Giuseppe could not do enough for us. Lovely touches such as chocolates in the room each evening, and complimentary snacks with drinks at the bar. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was exceptional. Staff are so friendly, kind and welcoming. The location is perfect. The rooms and facilities are exceptional. This was one of the very best hotel stays I have ever experienced. I would highly reccomend staying here.

Great central location and easy access to the beach….and only 20 minutes taxi from the airport. Staff are excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of fresh fruits and cold meats. The room itself was very comfortable, however tv channel choice was very limited, with issues preventing access to Netflix, YouTube and a number of channels such as BBC and Sky News

We had a great 5 nights here. Service from everyone we came into contact we excellent and a big call out for Geyser who looked after us at breakfast each morning. Rooms well appointed, quiet and very comfortable beds. Good to have UK news channels on tv

This is a wonderful hotel! It is beautifully appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, walking distance to the central market and silk exchange etc.but also to great shopping as well.

This is a gorgeous hotel! So comfortable and beautifully designed. Center of Valencia so it was easy to walk to many places. Highly recommend! Staff were great too! Rooftop bar and pool an added perk.

Terrible

This hotel had charm but functionality. The breakfast was so much. I loved the walk in shower (the bathroom was spot on.) The room was spacious with plenty of clothing storage. I would absolutely stay here again.

Gloriously different! Every minute detail had been thought of - the decor, the tea mugs, the magnifying mirrors - I could go on...! The rooms are a little small, but the location is slap bang in the middle of the action. The staff were also wonderful - thankyou Jorge for excellent restaurant recommendations :-)
