Excelente!

This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are very nice and clean and a cute simple swimming pool, the morning breakfast was very impressive and so good, the staff was nice and spoke English.

Our stay at Faranda Barranquilla was excellent. The rooms and common areas were clean. The air conditioning in the room was strong and consistent. Each room had a thermostat to adjust the temperature. The beds were very comfortable! The rooftop pool was clean and offered a nice view. Just note, the pool is on the small side, if you are looking for something big. The included breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff-- from the security guard, to the front desk, and bartenders/waiters were attentive and courteous throughout our stay. The surrounding area was safe day and night. Overall our stay was excellent and look forward to returning.

The property was in a very nice location, it is also a very beautiful hotel, but the highlight was the staff attention, they were all very friendly and helpful. Particularly I want to say thanks to Johanna and David from the reception team who facilitate spa day for us!

This is a beautiful hotel, well and centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The decor, service, in room bar and snacks, cold AC and extremely hot weather were perfect. Breakfast is delicious, the best I had, and the rooftop pool is nice, with views to the river.

First, thank you Ivet (Manager) and every staff member for your professionalism; this hotel is AMAZING, clean, and has the best breakfast in Barranquilla. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. I am so happy to have stayed here.

Very good hotel.

This is my third time in this location and I’m unlikely to go to any other hotel in the future. The staff recognizes me and is kind. The rooms are continually great. The restaurant is consistently delicious. It feels like a safe, comfortable home away from home.

I have repeated my stay here . Always super cordial and easy to extend my stay when i require

Did not appreciate that the room was not available at the time of check in 3pm and that there was remodeling on the top floor, restaurant by the pool. The place is clean and the staff is great.

Found someone’s airline stickers stuck in our sheets. Questioned whether bed was cleaned or just remade

Great decor, spacious room, friendly staff, tasty breakfast!

Management was very rude and arrogant. I was moved twice due to air conditioning problems. Rooms were dirty not cleaned properly. The pool is the size of my bath tub.
